Marumo Gallants FC has reached an agreement to keep midfielder Sibusiso Ncube. The former Kaizer Chiefs development player was one of Marumo’s regular players in the past season. Ncube featured in 29 matches across all competitions, including 24 in the league, four in the Carling Knockout, and one game during the Nedbank Cup. He chipped in with three assists during the season. The 25-year-old Ncube has been with Bahlabane Ba Ntwa since their 2024/25 campaign. Club chairman Abram Sello and the player couldn’t be reached for a comment, but a reliable source at the club has confirmed the new agreement. The source stated that Ncube signed for one year with an option for another year, and the club believes he can do more in the new season. Ncube’s retention is a key move for Marumo Gallants FC, as they look to build on their past season’s performance. The club will be hoping that Ncube can continue to contribute to the team’s success, and his experience will be valuable in the upcoming season. With Ncube on board, Marumo Gallants FC will be looking to make a strong start to the new season.
